3. Payment Collection at Events

When you purchase photos or related products at an event:

  • Payments are processed securely using Square terminals equipped with dedicated SIM cards for secure connectivity.
  • Page Activations Inc. and its payment processor, Square Canada Inc., are PCI DSS (Level 1) certified, ensuring your card
    information is encrypted and transmitted securely.
  • We do not store or retain full credit card numbers on any Page Activations systems.
  • Transaction records (such as transaction amount, date, last four digits of the card, and email receipt) are retained only for
    accounting and compliance purposes.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Deliver photos and digital media to participants.
  • Process payments and send receipts.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Improve our photo booth and event experiences.

Page Activations Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Our event experiences, including Santa photos and other family-oriented activations, may involve minors; however, any data collected (such as photos or contact details for delivery of images) is handled with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete such information from our systems.
